Ground Level: Spacious lounge, TV standard equipment, open plan kitchen / dining room, lock-up garage, laundry yard, guest's w/c, and outdoor patio.

 

Upper Level: 3 bedrooms, separate bath / shower / wc facilities.

 

The units are tastefully furnished; bedrooms (1 double, 2 single) have ceiling fans and kitchens comprehensively equipped (including microwaves).

 

Optional Extras: maid services, linen supplies and laundry service can be arranged with management at extra cost.

 

                              

Description of Villas

  

All villas are duplex with standard layouts – having lounge, dining room, kitchen                        and guest toilet on the lower level with three bedrooms on the upper level.              Shower/bath/basin and toilet are located on both levels (click for unit layout)

     -      Downstairs:    

            Lounge    -       has 6 comfortable chairs/settees with side tables

                            -       bar and/or nook features

                            -       TV with M-Net

            Dining     -       has 6 seater table with sideboard

            Patio       -        has 6 seater table and chairs with adjacent braai area.

            Kitchen   -       has stove, fridge, microwave, sink etc. and leads onto

                                    private laundry/drying yard.

            Toilets   -         both with washbasins and outside shower (hot water)

            Garage   -        own lock-up garage plus extra open parking.

            Upstairs: 

            Main bedroom  -  Queen size bed, built in cupboards, ceiling fan

            2nd Bedroom     -  Two single beds, built in cupboards, ceiling fans

            3rd Bedroom     -  Two single beds, built in cupboards, ceiling fans

            Bathroom        -   Shower, bath, toilet and hand basin.

            -           All beds have quilts, blankets and pillows

            -           Kitchens have all equipment, cutlery, crockery etc.

            -           You must bring – sheets and pillowcases, towels, toiletries,

                        food, recreation equipment etc.

 

            NOTE:

            At extra cost we can arrange linen hire and a maid service
